Rental season begins May 1st weather permiting, and ends at Thanksgiving. 

 

Weekly bookings run Saturday to Saturday.

Weekend/nightly bookings can be arranged in May, June, September, and October - One Bedroom $190.00 per night

Two Bedroom $210.00 per night 2 night minimum

PLEASE NOTE 2022 RATE CHANGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

One Bedroom (2 adults + 2 kids maximum)

1 Queen bed, 1 pull-out couch

$1050 Per Week

Two Bedrooms ( 4 adults + 2-3 kids maximum)

1 Queen bed, 1 Double bed, 1 Single bed, 1 pull-out couch

$1175 Per Week

Upon booking a $250  deposit is required to hold your spot. Cancellations 30 days or less before your arrival date your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits will be refunded less a $125 

administration fee, with up to 30 days notice only if we are able to fill the vacancy.

The full cost of the confirmed booking will be charged for cancellations made within two weeks (14days) prior to the booking and for no shows.

Summer deposits for July and August are non-refundable after May 1.

Should you decide to bring your boat we have dockage available free of charge!

General policies: Fireworks and Sparklers are not permitted 

                            on the property at any time

• Extra guests - $30 per person per night. Please notify management if you are expecting visitors.

• No over crowding. Capacity must adhere to fire code.

• All rates include HST, and are subject to change

• Deposit is required

• Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am

• No pets, two dogs live on property.

• No smoking or vaping in the cabins

• To protect from foreign pests please do not bring in outside firewood. It is available for purchase on site.
